Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check the item description and refer to Precious Things size chart before checking out your items. Precious Things Boutique is not responsible for errors made by the customer.

If you recieve a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 days. If we are not contacted within 3 days, you will not qualify for a return.

In the event customer service deems a return necessary, you will be issued a store credit after the returned item has been received in NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.

Processing store credit can take up to 5-7 business days after we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email.

Please allow 7-21 days for delivery of preordered items.

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Shipping & Delivery

Regular Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) Preorders will be shipped between 7-14 business days.

 

Next day shipping is available upon request. Next Day Shipping charges start at $35. Prices may vary upon weight and shipping distance.

MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ITEMS!!!

All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.  

 

During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3-4 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.    

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local

post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
